Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Gemini Project respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used when you visit geminiproject.art, contact us, join the Studio List, follow a link to purchase artwork, or participate in the Let Go / Let In experience.

Information you provide

Contact and inquiry forms

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, inquiry type, artwork or subject of interest, and the contents of your message. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about artwork, exhibitions, press, collaborations, or related matters, and maintain appropriate business records.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Studio List

When you request Studio updates, we collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide. Until direct list enrollment is enabled, the request is sent privately to the Gemini Project team for follow-up. If you are added to the Studio List, it may include new artwork announcements, exhibition news, studio updates, Journal stories, Let Go / Let In information, and other Gemini Project news.

The Studio List is intended to be managed through Constant Contact, which may process information on our behalf for list management, email delivery, engagement reporting, and unsubscribe handling. Once enrolled, you may unsubscribe at any time through the link included in Studio List emails.

Artwork purchases

The Gemini Project website may link to artwork or product pages hosted on stephanieclair.com, which uses Shopify to process purchases. Information you provide during a purchase is handled by the operator of that website, Shopify, and applicable payment or fulfillment providers. Gemini Project does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card information through this website.

Please review the privacy policy and purchase terms shown on the website where a transaction is completed.

Let Go / Let In

This website links to the separate Let Go / Let In experience at letgoletin.geminiproject.art. Information submitted through that experience may include an email address, participant selections, reflections, or an optional anonymous Living Wall contribution, depending on how you participate.

Information collected through Let Go / Let In may be used to administer and deliver the experience, send related emails or reminders, record participation, display contributions submitted for anonymous public presentation, and maintain or improve the experience. Information described as anonymous will not intentionally be displayed with the participant’s name or email address, although ordinary technical records such as server logs may still exist.

Cookies and technical information

The website and its hosting environment may automatically collect limited technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, access date and time, and basic server or security logs.

WordPress may use temporary or administrative cookies for login sessions, site administration, security, and preference management. Additional cookies or similar technologies may be used by embedded media, Constant Contact, Shopify, analytics services, or other third-party services actually enabled on the site.

Embedded content and external links

Pages may link to or include content from third-party websites, including Constant Contact, Shopify, Stephanie Clair’s website, Grant Pecoff’s website, Instagram, video or media platforms, exhibition partners, and press outlets. Interacting with embedded content or following an external link may allow the third party to collect information, use cookies, or monitor your interaction according to its own privacy policy.

Gemini Project is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with Stephanie Clair and Grant Pecoff; people assisting with website administration or inquiry management; website-hosting and email-delivery providers; Constant Contact; Shopify and associated payment or fulfillment providers; technology providers supporting this website or Let Go / Let In; professional advisers; or authorities when required by law.

How long information is retained

Contact inquiries may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, manage artwork or exhibition discussions, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Studio List information is retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is discontinued, subject to records a service provider may retain for compliance or suppression purposes. Technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period determined by the hosting provider or website administrator.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you; withdraw marketing consent; or ask how your information is used or shared. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time through the link in the email.

To submit a privacy request, email info@geminiproject.art. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Data security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information submitted through the website. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive financial, medical, or confidential information through a general website contact form.

Children’s privacy

This website is not intentionally directed to children under 13, and Gemini Project does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general website.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, email program, purchasing process, Let Go / Let In experience, or applicable practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
